Tasting Case - New Vintages

Our tasting case of our latest vintages contains:- 1 x Sauvignon 2021 - What a freshness! The sauvignon 2021 is a good example of the beauty of our terroirs. With lots of flavours of citrus and great minerality and a fresh aftertaste. Gold medal winner in Paris 2021. 1 x Merlot Cabernet 2019 - A little bit richer than the 2018, the cuvee Merlot Cabernet 2019 impresses with the power of the flavours. This red wine is juicy, fruity, fresh and has beautiful and fine tanins. 1 x Merlot Cabernet 2018 - Lovely fresh red cherry aromas with spicy notes. It’s a very juicy wine, perfect for charcuterie aperitifs. The tannins are very light and well incorporated. It’s a complex and easy wine. 1 x Rosé 2021 - “Better than ever”… The color is luminous with a powdery pink robe, the nose is expressive and complex, mixing citrus, yellow peach, and flowers. The wine is delicate on the palate. It’s like a hug boosted by an exciting freshness. It has a surprising long aftertaste of strawberries and a final flavour of orange skin 1 x Reserve Merlot Cabernet 2019 - For the first time, the Cabernet sauvignon reaches 50% of the blend. The stars were aligned during this vintage. The weather was perfect and our beautiful mosaic of terroir gave us rich but balanced grapes to make one of the best Réserves ever. A lot of complexity and beautiful texture, the wine shines brightly. 1 x Reserve Sauvignon/Sémillon 2019 - Aged for 7 months in 1 to 4 year old barrels, this has a beautiful balance between the 2 gold medal winning 2016 vintage with tropical fruits and the minerality of the 2017 vintage.
