Tasting Case (6 bottles)

Our tasting case of our latest vintages contains:- 1 x Sauvignon 2019 - Silver medal winner in Paris this year. A bit less citrusy than previous years, but more tropical, the Sauvignon 2019 is full of flavours and intense. Beautifully balanced, this is a very attractive wine. 1 x Merlot Cabernet 2018 - Lovely fresh red cherry aromas with spicy notes. It’s a very juicy wine, perfect for charcuterie aperitifs. The tannins are very light and well incorporated. It’s a complex and easy wine. 1 x Rosé 2020 - our new vintage offering elegant and refreshing aromas of white peach with floral and delicious fruits like redcurrant, enhanced by slightly lemony, mineral notes. A complex provençal style wine with a fresh and long finish. 1 x Reserve Merlot Cabernet 2018 - Aged in a mix of 1 to 4 year old barrels for 12 months. It has a rich colour with Merlot Cabernet flavours and and spicy notes and freshness. 1 x Reserve Merlot Cabernet 2017 - Aged in a mix of 1 to 4 year old barrels for 12 months. With ripe black fruit aromas. Deep on the palate, intense with delicate melted tannins. Very long and persistent with a beautiful structure and fabulous tension and energy that carries the wine. 1 x Reserve Sauvignon/Sémillon 2018 - Aged for 7 months in 1 to 4 year old barrels, this has a beautiful balance between the 2 gold medal winning 2016 vintage with tropical fruits and the minerality of the 2017 vintage.
